Home charging just got more convenient using the EvoCharge charging station with EvoReel. The modern compact design houses 24 amps of power, and the EvoReel provides a simple, clean way to use and store the charger cable. EvoCharge’s standard commercial Level 2 EVSE charger offers non-networked power for virtually all-electric vehicles (EV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV). With a simple interface and no activation required, the EvoCharge Level 2 commercial EV charger can be plugged into a 240v outlet or can be hardwired by a professional electrician. The standard EvoCharge EVSE commercial charging station comes non-networked with no activation required.
EvoReel cable management keeps cords off the floor and at arm’s reach, improving cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. It keeps the charging cable retracted when not in use and suspended when charging. Test results on aFe's Dynojet dyno showed this product will increase the Mustang's power by a dyno-proven 17 HP and 15 lb-ft Torque @ 6,000 rpm with this simple-to-install device. Testing was conducted on a 2020 Mustang 5.0 comparing stock and the aFe Power Billet Throttle Body (all tests conducted using 91-octane fuel). No other modifications to the vehicle were made, so imagine the potential when adding in other performance-enhancing products such as a cold air intake, tuner, and cat-back exhaust! For truck enthusiasts, this product also fits the F-Series. Not only did aFe Power increase the bore diameter from the stock 80 mm to 85 mm, but they also redesigned the throttle body from the ground up, aerodynamically improving the airflow path. Why 85 mm and not larger? 3 Reasons: 1) At 85 mm, no custom tuning is required so this works right out of the box; 2) The 85 mm diameter provides a direct path into the 84 mm intake manifold opening, a larger diameter would require modification to the stock manifold or use of an aftermarket one, and 3) The mounting diameter for the intake tube is only slightly increased, but it allows drivers to retain the stock intake tube or upgrade to a cold air intake without having any special adapters.

Kraftwerks supercharger systems for the Ford Mustang GT are proven to make horsepower while maintaining reliability. This kit is built to fit the 2018 to 2021 model years. In-house dyno tests have verified gains of 150+ wheel horsepower and 115+ pound-feet of torque on a stock Mustang. This translates to over 500 rear-wheel horsepower! More power can be made with more aggressive aftermarket headers, exhaust, and tuning thanks to the highly capable C38-92 supercharger unit.
The unique frictional planetary-drive supercharger unit is the heart of each Kraftwerks supercharger system. This centrifugal unit delivers boost efficiently with zero boost lag or spiking which is common in other forms of forced induction. The unit's efficient design ensures low operating temperatures, resulting in a cooler, denser air charge and lower intake air temperatures. To ensure things stay cool and lubricated, the supercharger contains an internal pump for circulating supercharger oil through its own separated system. The included supercharger oil cooler keeps operating temperatures low even in the roughest environments. Optimal air/fuel ratio is ensured with Grams Performance OEM-fit 52lb/hr fuel injectors that are plug-and-play thanks to the included electrical plug adapters. Tuning is required for proper operation of the system and can be acquired separately. Each Mustang supercharger kit includes all necessary components for proper, 100% bolt-on installation that can be performed with basic tools. No metal cutting, drilling, or welding is necessary. CNC machined, powder-coated mounting brackets securely mount the supercharger and divorced-belt drive components to the engine. All necessary aluminum tubing, couplers, and clamps are included and routed through factory access holes to the front bumper-mounted 24-inch intercooler. The included high-flowing air filter ensures optimal CFM to support the supercharger unit's needs. From idle to redline, this Kraftwerks kit packs more, reliable gallop into the Mustang with less strain on engine and drivetrain components.

DeatschWerks has taken its DW400 electric fuel pump and turned it into an in-tank drop-in module. These modules feature a fuel pump that flows 415lph and uses an impeller made of a lightweight composite that's impervious to fuels like E85 and race fuel. DeatschWerks DW400 in-tank electric fuel pump modules are designed for a -6AN feed line and utilization of the OE return line. They retain all of the OE module functionality including a plug-and-play harness connector, fuel level sender, and dual surge bucket.

TEIN ENDURAPRO PLUS SHOCK ABSORBERS: 2017+ TESLA MODEL 3

EnduraPro Plus are high-performance OE-shape shock absorbers. Designed to use with the vehicle's original (OE) spring and the upper mount, their lower spring seat is shaped identical to the OE shock absorber. In addition to replacing worn or leaking OE dampers, these products are excellent to improve specs like ride quality or handling without changing your ride height. Drivers can also use them with Tein lowering springs. The Tein EnduraPro Plus shock absorber is made with a Hydraulic Bump Stopper (H.B.S) that provides increased comfort and height durability at maximum passenger or cargo load. When regular shock absorbers fully stroke, their bump rubbers are compressed. When the energy that is generated by this compression is released it can disturb the vehicle's behavior. Furthermore, repeated full strokes can damage the damper. In the same situation EnduraPro, featuring H.B.S., internally converts the impact of the stroke to thermal energy (heat) and absorbs it, strongly reducing the impact that disturbs the vehicle's behavior. With less damage to the dampers, H.B.S. also contributes to their durability. In shock absorbers with inactive or no H.B.S., the operative valve (green) floats, and oil flows freely through the base valve ports. Resistance to the flow from the shim stack then causes damping force. Near full compression, when the piston rod strokes beyond a predetermined point, the operative valve is pushed down and activates H.B.S.: the base valve ports are narrowed, blocking the oil flow. This results in a high damping force. A relief valve serves to suppress sudden damping force increase when the pressure in the cylinder exceeds its regular level. The setup of the H.B.S. mechanism is optimized per vehicle model, with the right activation point and damping force.

AEM PERFORMANCE ELECTRONICS: THE ORIGINS OF THE WIDEBAND AIR/FUEL RATIO GAUGE

It was 2001, and AEM was on the verge of releasing their first standalone racing ECU, the Series 1. Product Development Director John Romero, foreseeing the increased demand for tuning resources, knew that AEM had to develop a more affordable wideband to meet the needs of the larger grassroots racing community. It was common to see a Horiba or MoTec Lambda meter installed next to a dyno, and it was unheard of to see a wideband installed in a vehicle. These systems cost thousands of dollars each. The engineers at AEM then went to work looking to produce a gauge interface for the controller so that tuners could see AFR changes in real-time. A simple 'what if' question led to creating an entirely new product segment.
In early 2002, AEM Performance Electronics had just released compact single and dual-channel Wideband AFR controllers which connected to ECUs via analog or serial. Still, most ECUs had limited logging capabilities, and internal logging playback features were uncommon. Moreover, while narrowband gauges existed, they were not very useful. As a result, no company focusing on wideband controllers had ever considered making one into a gauge. Nevertheless, an opportunity existed, and AEM Performance Electronics seized it.
The Birth Of The 30-4100
Though AEM Performance Electronics didn't make gauges at the time, it was the wideband gauge that launched the supporting gauge line. With the heavy lifting on the controller development finished, the remaining challenge was packaging this technology into a gauge. This effort culminated in creating the 30-4100, AEM's original Classic Digital Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen) air/fuel ratio Controller Gauge. Priced at roughly a tenth of the systems that live next to dynos, the 4100 was a game-changer because it allowed racers to monitor AFRs without downloading log files. Having an onboard controller also allowed racers to review log files after their sessions or passes at the track and make adjustments with confidence, knowing that they were running a safe air/fuel ratio.
Innovations In Lambda Control
As competition grew, AEM continuously improved its 30-4100 gauge-type wideband controller for enhanced response and reliability, ultimately superseding this part number to 30-4110. But with over a decade of changes to the original design and the advent of improved processing capabilities, it was time to innovate. Enter the X-Series Wideband Gauge.
Built on entirely new architecture with patented X-Digital technology, AEM sought to create the fastest-responding wideband on the market. But why does response time matter?
Speed = Accuracy
Think of it this way; exhaust gases have to pass the sensor, then the sensor has to evaluate the gas mixture and send a value to the controller, which reports the value. There is an inherent dead time associated with this, so the faster you can get the controller to respond to the sensor and report the value, the closer those lean and rich spikes are reported in relation to their actual occurrence, which means that you can "see" them and tune for them. In independent tests against 17 competitor widebands, AEM's X-Series inline and Gauge-Type wideband controllers were the fastest. Because they are so fast, they can catch changes in AFRs that other controllers may miss, which allows tuners to use this data to dial in the best possible tune, especially during transitional throttle events. But, of course, any racer knows that these minor adjustments can mean tenths of seconds gained on the track.
Who Can Use Wideband Data?
Knowing the AFRs proves to be beneficial to racers but is also very helpful for street cars looking to get the most performance out of the engine. With today's modern engines and all of the corrections that an OE ECU has to make to keep air/fuel ratios in step with AFR targets, skewing toward stoichiometry. Although an engine may 'feel' OK, how do you know if it's hitting targets or running lean? Even in a modern car, a failing fuel pump, blocked filter, higher than advertised ethanol content in fuel, and clogged injectors can affect fuel trims, and the only way to know this is with an AFR gauge.

This exhaust has been designed to deliver performance, exhilarating sound, and driving enjoyment with no compromise on comfort. Akrapovič’s Slip-On Race Line represents the first step in improving the exhaust system performance and is easily installed onto the Porsche GT3’s stock system. Built from high-grade titanium and finished with two eye-catching double round tailpipes, this entry system makes the GT3 more powerful and lighter and gives the car that unique and sporty Akrapovič sound. The system delivers a power increase of 8.7 hp at 2,900 rpm and a torque gain of 17.8 lb-ft at 2,400 RPM with precise throttle response. The Slip-On Race Line provides a 20.7% reduction in weight when compared to the stock exhaust system.

The AEM Performance Cold Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing the vehicle's restrictive factory air filters and air intake housings. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Nissan 350Z models. Air enters the system through dual oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filters for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filters are located in the original air box spaces and are protected by heat shields which are designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tubes are constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the mass air flow sensors and crankcase vent tube. The dual tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filters are made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions).

The BMC Filters panel air filter is commonly referred to as a replacement air filter. It is installed in the vehicle's original airbox to replace the OEM air filter. It is made of highly performing materials that allow an increased air flow combined with more efficient filtration, guaranteeing containment of all impurities from as small as 7 microns (compared to OEM's 10 microns).
BMC Filters are produced using a Full Molding System that enables the characteristic red filter to be realized from a single mold with no welded joints, thus avoiding easy breakage. The rubber used in BMC air filtering systems has a long life, is very durable, and has optimum adhesion characteristics to all shapes of airboxes. BMC Filters are made of a multi-layered cotton gauze soaked with low viscosity oil covered with an epoxy coated alloy mesh to ensure protection from petrol fumes and oxidization due to air humidity. All BMC Filters air filters are pre-oiled, and they can be washed and regenerated by using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit.

The Kraftwerks 2010–2015 Camaro SS supercharger system provides instant throttle response and a progressive power curve that increases all the way to redline without the typical spiking or surging turbochargers are known for. This unique, more useable power curve results in reduced cylinder pressures, less strain on engine components, and increased reliability. Rotrex superchargers also operate much cooler when compared to turbochargers and other supercharger systems, which reduces the engine’s intake air temperature as well as its risk of detonation. The heart of the system is the Rotrex C38-91, the largest supercharger offered from Kraftwerks, capable of supporting 700 horsepower.
Each Camaro SS supercharger system is a comprehensive design and includes all necessary components to ensure safe, reliable operation. Standard-issue with each kit is a large, front-mount intercooler (3-inch inlet and outlet - 24x12x4-inch thick) to help ensure low intake air temperatures for optimal performance. All necessary aluminum tubing, silicone couplers, and clamps are also included for easy installation. Proper air/fuel ratios are ensured with the included Grams Performance 52 lb/hr fuel injectors, and an optional engine management system. Convenient, plug-and-play fuel injector adapters are also included, making each kit a true bolt-on experience.
Rotrex superchargers are renowned for their compact size, high adiabatic efficiency, low vibration, and quiet operation. Their unique traction drive technology is what makes all of this possible, which, unlike other superchargers, transmits power through frictional forces between its rolling elements. Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. These kits mount using factory holes and integrate perfectly with the surrounding components. They do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), thus are emissions and track legal. Closed loop systems remove the oil and sludge from the PCV gasses before it is routed to the engine to be burned. A closed loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin. The dipsticks built into the catch cans allow easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling or permanent modifications are required.
The PCV catch can kit runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake pipe. It mounts to threaded bosses in the engine bay on the inner fender. The PCV catch can traps unwanted "metered" crankcase vapor, unspent fuel, and oil sludge. It promotes clean filtered air back into the intake manifold. The CCV catch can mounts to threaded bosses in the engine bay on the inner fender with the provided supplementary bracket. To retain factory functionality, the CCV catch can runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At low loads, it experiences atmospheric pressure. However, when the engine is at high load (WOT), the line will experience high flow from the crankcase into the intake system. This would normally lead to oil and sludge accumulation in the air filter intake pipe. The CCV catch can captures this and promotes clean filtered air back into the intake.

During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through the intake track, large amounts of oil—in the form of vapors—surface within the intake tube and intake manifold runners. These vapors can even dilute fuel, lowering its octane level. This happens on all engines and is even worse with forced-induction vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased. To combat this, J&L Oil Separator Company has developed an oil separator of the company's own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock-solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O-ring seal to prevent any leaks.
Filtering consists of a fine mesh stainless steel screen that traps fine oil vapors and releases them once heavy enough to fall. They then pass through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16th-inch aluminum honeycomb filter where they grow ever larger and then fall into the bottom. By the time the oil gets through the filter, it's too heavy to be passed on into the intake. The tank holds 3 ounces of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, there should not be that much oil in the PCV system. Draining it every 2000-3000 miles prevents it from filing up.

Engines are meant to breathe and BD Diesel has the ultimate solution with their brand new Exhaust Manifold Set for 2011–2016 Ford 3.5L EcoBoost applications. BD Diesel recognized an inherent design flaw with the OEM exhaust manifold that has lead to premature wear, warped exhaust manifolds, broken exhaust studs, and blown manifold gaskets. These were the result of the factory manifolds using only 8 of the 11 studs locations available. BD Diesel set out to address this issue while also improving exhaust flow and durability with their Exhaust Manifold Set. These manifolds are made from thicker-walled high silicone ductile iron designed to resist thermal warping and have been port matched to the cylinder head to optimize efficiency and promote quicker turbo spool up.

Supertech Performance uses their experience of more than 20 years in the manufacturing of racing valves to perform intensive testing. It also works very closely with many engine builders in order to continuously improve and provide the market with the best possible product for every application. High flow rates, durability, and quality are of great concern to Supertech Performance.
The black nitride coating on these valves is a hardening treatment that—even though it is not widely used as the chrome coating—has several benefits and is becoming very popular for European and Japanese applications. The microhardness is higher than the stainless steel base material, which keeps good ductility beneath the hard nitrided layer (microhardness is 800HV minimum). The surface finish is smoother than with chromed stems, having less friction between stem and guide. The valve seat surface is harder with the nitrided layer, which lasts longer with lead-free fuels, alcohols, nitro or other "explosive" mixes.
Higher RPM engines take full advantage of all previous features. The higher the engine speed the bigger the power loss due to internal engine friction! The black nitride layer reduces this power loss due to less valve-guide friction.
The nitrided layer adheres to the base material at a microscopic level, so it does not "flake" or brake when the valves bend due to impacts with the pistons. The black nitride applies to the whole valve while the chrome coating is only applied to the stem. All valves are swirl polished, have stem undercut, and a hardened tip.

CSF Cooling teamed up with Bisimoto for a SEMA product that lead to this brand new stepped High Performance Intercooler for the 2019–2022 Hyundai Veloster N, now available at NW Car Part ! With technology taken from CSF’s #1 selling BMW N54/N55 intercooler, the front face of the intercooler features CSF’s exclusive rounded bar/plate design, which aids the air entering the intercooler core by curving around the front bars rather than hitting and scattering on the surface of a traditional flat-bar faced intercooler. CSF’s stepped-core design maximizes all of the available frontal area behind the front bumper and underneath the crash bar. The stepped-core protrudes upwards in front of the A.C. Condenser and sits just shy of the crash bar, for both the Veloster N and i30 N.
Through prototype testing and data acquisition with Bisimoto, the decision was made to keep the OEM-sized inlet and outlet connections.
